Detachment 1318

Cañon City, Colorado is home to the Royal Gorge Detachment of the Marine Corps League. Named after the Royal Gorge canyon of the Arkansas River, our detachment is composed of Marines and Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Corpsmen. Our membership includes active, reserve, retired, and honorably discharged Marines/FMF Corpsmen with 90 days or more of service. Since we do not have a dedicated auxiliary unit, we warmly invite individuals who share an interest in the Marine Corps to join us as auxiliary members. The Royal Gorge Detachment boasts an active membership of over 100 individuals residing throughout southern Colorado, including Cañon City, Florence, Penrose, Brookside, and Lincoln Park.
